Terms of Service

These terms explain the products, access model, and boundaries for using FixMyIrrigation.com and its repair resources.

Reviewed September 2026

The service

FixMyIrrigation.com provides diagnostic resources, repair guides, gated Repair Library web access, and an optional Blueprint product. The guides are informational resources for irrigation troubleshooting and repair; they are not a substitute for a licensed professional when one is required.

You are responsible for using the site lawfully, protecting your account credentials, and checking whether a repair is appropriate for your property, equipment, and local requirements.

Repair Library access

The One-Day plan is a one-time $4.99 purchase. It grants gated Repair Library web access for 24 hours from the access grant and does not renew.

The Monthly plan is $19.99 per month until canceled. The Annual plan is $149.99 once for one year from the access grant and has no automatic renewal.

Repair Library access is available only while the applicable entitlement is active. It ends when the One-Day period, monthly period, annual period, or other applicable entitlement ends. The Repair Library is not sold as a downloadable product.

Optional Blueprint product

The Blueprint is a separate $19 one-time printable PDF product. It is not a Repair Library plan and does not create Repair Library entitlement. The current product flow does not establish a promise of an automatic download link, offline rights, lifetime access, or a particular delivery mechanism, so those promises are not part of these terms.

Billing and entitlements

Account billing status is read from the authenticated account and Stripe-side payment or subscription state. A failed renewal, cancellation, refund, or dispute event can deactivate a related entitlement and end access.

There is no separate promise of access after the applicable entitlement ends. Product and access questions can be sent through the contact form.

Informational content

Repair content is provided for information and general education. It does not create a certification, warranty, guarantee, or promise that a particular DIY repair is safe, effective, or legally permitted. Read the Safety Disclaimer before beginning work.

Before you work

Pause when a repair involves electricity, pressurized water, pumps, backflow-prevention equipment, unknown utilities, unsafe conditions, or work that may require a licensed professional.
