Question 1

Is diagnosis really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The irrigation diagnosis is free, with no purchase required. Use it to narrow down the likely failure and identify the matching Repair Guide before deciding whether you need paid access.

Question 2

What is the Repair Library?

Accepted Answer

The Repair Library is the collection of published irrigation Repair Guides matched to common system failures. The library landing page is public; the full repair content is protected and becomes available after you choose an access option.

Question 3

What does One-Day / 24-Hour access include?

Accepted Answer

One-Day access is a $4.99 one-time purchase. It provides access to the published Repair Library for 24 hours from the access grant and does not renew automatically.

Question 4

What does Monthly access include?

Accepted Answer

Monthly access is $19.99 per month and renews monthly until canceled. Access continues through the paid period; if the subscription ends or a renewal does not complete, access expires when that paid period ends.

Question 5

What does Annual access include?

Accepted Answer

Annual access is a $149.99 one-time purchase for one year from the access grant. It does not renew automatically, so no cancellation is required for the annual option.

Question 6

Do I need an account to purchase or read a protected guide?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sign in or create an account before purchasing access or opening protected Repair Library content. Your account lets the site associate access with you and restore it when you return.

Question 7

What happens when my access expires or I cancel?

Accepted Answer

One-Day access ends after 24 hours, Annual access ends one year after its grant, and Monthly access remains available through the current paid period after cancellation. You can choose an access option again if you need to return to a protected guide later.

Question 8

Where can I get help before I choose an access option?

Accepted Answer

Start with the free diagnosis, browse the public Repair Library overview, or email fixmyirrigationcom@polsia.app with a question about access or billing. Do not include sensitive payment details in an email.
